Usually, yes. Remedies is case-law based, so a 2024 edition still covers the core principles. OUP's City Law School Bar Manuals move to a new edition every two years, each July, and the 2026 editions replaced the 2024 ones (now out of print). An older copy will miss any decisions reported since it went to print - check recent authorities, and your provider's reading list, before relying on it.
