Can I use an older FLK2 book?

Editions refresh every one to two years as the law and the SRA's assessment specification move. For FLK2 (property practice, wills and the administration of estates, solicitors accounts, land law, trusts, criminal law and practice), watch tax-adjacent content - SDLT rates and thresholds in property practice, and inheritance tax in wills, change with Budgets - so prefer a recent edition there and patch anything older against the current SRA specification.
